It is 7am on Christmas morning and we are now at the airport in Mexico City waiting for our last flight. This trip already feels different. It seems the excitement factor has worn off for Linda and that is rubbing off on me. We are both 30 now and definitely feel the pains of aging. Our bodies hurt from our packs and I cannot seem to get comfortable on planes anymore.
The Tijuana airport was like a time warp. Everything moved slow. At one point, we had to get in line to show our boarding pass to have them manually check us off by number. Then, we had to sit back down and wait to get back in line to board the plane.
